Paul’s distinguished career includes 20 years at the helm of the $4 billion-plus WEDGE Mid Cap Value Fund, where his leadership consistently delivered superior returns and navigated complex market dynamics. Beyond real estate and equity markets, he is the successful owner and operator of a hospitality property business and a forward-thinking investor in start-ups and renewable energy projects, reflecting his dedication to fostering innovation and sustainability across industries.
His academic credentials are equally impressive, blending economic theory with strategic leadership and program management. Paul holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Indiana University and DePaul University, an Executive MBA from New York University, and an M.S. in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford. At Oxford, he also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy and specialized in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Impact Investing, sharpening his expertise in managing complex, high-value projects.

At Chatham Park, Gary ensures business objectives are met, shareholder value is maximized, and financial controls are robust. His strategic foresight bridges financial health and brand identity, ensuring every project embodies the quality and vision of the firm.
Gary holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Ball State University and brings a proven track record of optimizing operations and delivering impactful financial solutions across large-scale projects.
Nathaniel Vezolles
Vice President, Development
Nathaniel embodies the art and science of real estate development, skillfully guiding projects from vision to reality. With over a decade of experience, he brings a masterful touch to every phase of complex mixed-use developments, overseeing site selection, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, financial structuring, and sale negotiations.
Grounded in a strong academic foundation—earning a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University and furthering his studies in Real Estate Development & Investment at New York University—Nathaniel’s expertise combines strategic insight with a passion for impactful placemaking.

Anna Reiter
Chief Strategy Officer
Anna serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Chatham Park Development, bringing two decades of expertise in the built environment. Her career spans the design, structuring, and delivery of large-scale real estate and green infrastructure projects across diverse asset classes. Before joining Chatham Park, Anna was Managing Director at Tyréns, a leading Scandinavian consultancy renowned for its innovative approach to sustainable architecture, engineering, and construction.
Anna’s work is defined by a forward-thinking approach to corporate innovation and venturing within the real estate sector. She holds a joint MBA from the London School of Economics, NYU Stern, and HEC Paris, as well as a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. Additionally, she earned degrees in Architectural Studies and International Relations from Brown University, giving her a unique interdisciplinary perspective.
Beyond her role at Chatham Park, Anna serves on the board of a biotechnology-for-good company and mentors prop-tech entrepreneurs, underscoring her commitment to advancing innovation and sustainability. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Anna is now based in London, where she leads efforts to expand Chatham Park’s portfolio and global impact.
BRandon Powell
Vice President, Business Development
Brandon, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in business formation, strategy, and execution, particularly within trade-focused industries. His expertise spans consulting and advising developers, custom home builders, and trade partners on critical areas such as land acquisition, master planning, emerging building trends and technologies, funding strategies, project management, and design-build optimization.
In his role at Chatham Park Development, Brandon is deeply involved in site selection, acquisitions, zoning and entitlements, and project management for a variety of development initiatives. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful spaces, he contributes to shaping vibrant, sustainable, and functional built environments.
Brandon earned his B.A. in Marketing from Butler University and actively contributes to the community by serving on the boards of several community-focused non-profits. He remains committed to fostering growth within the Indianapolis business community, advancing the city's built structures and environments, and driving progress and innovation in urban development.

Rodney is the founder and president of Arrow Street Development, a real estate development firm in Indianapolis, IN, specializing in urban, mixed-use projects with a focus on public-private partnerships. He provides strategic guidance to Chatham Park Development, offering insights on operations and investment opportunities.
Previously, Rodney spent eight years as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Strategic Capital Partners. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.
