Chatham Park Development, headquartered in downtown Indianapolis, was founded to create and deliver the most desirable development projects possible for owners, tenants and surrounding communities. We endeavor to create physically attractive and well-functioning built environments that enhance and strengthen communities. Our focus is on infill, redevelopment, and regeneration of sites in built-up areas of existing communities.
Current projects include Residential, Mixed-Use and Hotel. In addition, Chatham Park Development has most recently commenced work on an affordable housing concept which is in its early concept design phase.
