President & CEO

Paul is the founder of Chatham Park Development. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 30 years of experience investing in real estate and other equities, including 20 years at the helm of the $4 billion-plus WEDGE Mid Cap Value fund. He is also the successful owner and manager of a hospitality property business and investor in multiple start-up businesses and renewable energy projects. Paul has earned degrees from Indiana University (B.A. Economics), DePaul University (M.A. Economics), New York University (Executive MBA) and University of Oxford (M.S. Major Programme Management), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford, where he also studied Real Estate, Private Equity and Impact Investing.

Gary faehr

Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy & Finance

With over 30 years of experience in finance and strategic brand planning, Gary assesses financial performance and branding to ensure business objectives are met, shareholder value is maximized, and financial controls are in place. As a former Director of Finance and Project Manager with renowned hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice Brands, his expertise lies in financial analysis and long-range planning. Gary majored in Accounting and Finance from Ball State University. He is passionate about driving economic growth through innovative projects.

Nathaniel Vezolles

Vice President, Development

Mastering the art of development from blueprint to reality, Nathaniel is responsible for providing oversight for the full lifecycle of complex mixed-use development projects across the firm. He oversees site selection and acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging, and sale negotiation. Nathaniel has over eight years of real estate experience; with strong foundations from Indiana University where he received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, and New York University where he studied Real Estate Development & Investment. Nathaniel is a consistent model and reinforcer of Chatham’s culture of community, urbanism, and excellence while leading a strong group of developers.

Vice President

Audrey has built a decade-long foundation in the hospitality world where she streamlined operations, including internal controls, and drove powerful revenue growth. Her expertise in financial analysis, operations optimization, and revenue management brings a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to every project. From Yale University to Cornell University, Audrey is accomplished in Film Studies, Real Estate Financial Modeling and Asset Management, and Hospitality Management. Longtime resident of Indianapolis MSA, she brings a local’s perspective to devise effective strategies that lead projects to new heights.

Rodney Byrnes

Senior Advisor

Rodney is founder and president of Arrow Street Development, a real estate development firm focused on urban, mixed-use development projects that involve public-private-partnerships. He advises Chatham Park Development with respect to strategy, operations, and investment opportunities. Previously, Rodney served eight years as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Strategic Capital Partners. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.

 

Anna Reiter

Chief Strategy Officer

Anna is the Chief Strategy Officer at Chatham Park Development. She has 20 years of experience in the built environment sector and was previously Managing Director of international, R&D-led Scandinavian sustainable architecture, engineering, and construction consultancy Tyrens. Her experience is in the design, structuring and delivery of large real estate and green infrastructure projects across different asset classes, and sector-specific corporate innovation and venturing. Anna holds a joint MBA from the LSE, NYU Stern and HEC Paris, a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University, and degrees in Architectural Studies and International Relations from Brown. She also serves on the board of a biotechnology-for-good company and as a mentor to prop-tech entrepreneurs. Anna is from the Washington, D.C. area and is based in London, from where she supports growth of Chatham Park Development’s portfolio.

 

BRandon Powell

Vice President, Business Development

Brandon Powell, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, is a seasoned entrepreneur in the areas of business formation and execution primarily for trade based concerns. He has consulted and advised developers, custom home builders and general trade partners in the areas of land acquisition, master planning, building trends and science, funding, project management and design build streamlining. Brandon is actively involved in site selection, acquisitions, zoning and entitlement, and management for various development projects for Chatham Park Development. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Butler University. Brandon remains rooted in growing the Indianapolis business community mainly in the areas of built structures and environments.

 

rAVEN BRUMFIEL

Executive Administrative Assistant

Raven has nine years of experience in hospitality management streamlining operations and providing comprehensive support. She leverages strong communication skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly within a fast-paced corporate environment. Certified in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, her expertise lies in quality control, communications, and accounting.

Marketing & Branding Coordinator

Rachel has six years of experience as a leader in the marketing industry with a track record of executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Her expertise emphasizes on graphic design, photography, and digital advertising. Rachel established industry changing business initiatives that propelled revenue growth, brand exposure, and market expansion for renowned brands. She studied Business Administration at Florida State College and is certified in Strategic Hospitality Marketing from Cornell University.
